Prepress
The printing machines (web or sheetfed) are chosen according to the paper specifications and run length. By using the CIP4 data, the set up of the printing machines are done automatically, according to the specifications which are already in the digital environment. The pages to be printed are posed directly from the digital environment on the plates by means of CTP (computer to plate) technology.
Press
The printing machines are chosen according to the paper specifications and run length, and set up according to the CIP4 data are checked and controlled. After mounting the developed plates on the machine, with the full control of all factors (paper, ink etc) , the printing with the correct colour values is maintained.
Post Press
The product is finished with binding the printed material with the required type of binding system . If inserting or wrapping is required, the product is finished after these operations.
